5. Orders By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the item. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The EU statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
