Shipping Policy

Once your parcel has been shipped, it is no longer under the control of BackwashVTG. We are not responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Please ensure that your name, shipping address, and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Orders will be shipped exactly as provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping information, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting your local postal service or courier first. If further assistance is required, BackwashVTG will do its best to help investigate and resolve the issue where possible.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. BackwashVTG is not responsible for any customs-related charges.

If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer may choose to pay for shipping again to have the order re-sent. If the customer declines to do so, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
